A simple buffer module that converts the internal voltages to 5V for interfacing directly with the PLL modules of the TKR901.
The FPGA code continuously monitors the state of the PLL lock line, and if unlocked, attempts to program it directly. The Allstar driver includes code to convert the actual frequency to the PLL programming values.
